1. Automatic steam
What is it?
No need to push a button any more to control steam
…it comes out automatically when you push the iron forward
…and stops when you stop the iron or move it backwards.
How does it work?
There are sensors built into the handle of the iron which detect movement and communicate to a microprocessor.
What are the advantages?
• Fibres heated by steam are set seconds later without steam.
• Fibres are dried and set automatically.
• Energy savings : you use less steam.
• As with an automatic car, it is the iron which “’hinks’ for you.
• Less tiring: you can better grip the iron, as your thumb does not activate the steam button.
• Much better results for all materials.
2. Automatic blower
What is it?
No need to press a button any more to control the fan. It starts automatically when you pick up the iron (sensor), continues during ironing and stops automatically when you put the iron down.
Change from blower to suction at the press of a button, it’s instantaneous.
What are the advantages?
• Automatic blower system does not require any training.
• Easy to use system for non-technical people.
• The iron does the thinking for you.
3. Intuitive folding of the ironing board
What is it ?
An additional joint in the legs of the board, which makes opening and folding much easier. The board folds and stores away like an umbrella!
What are the advantages?
• Fold the ironing board easily, without bending down.
• The ironing board can be opened and stored away in an instant thanks to the castors.
• Space savings : stored easily after every use.
• The new joint has a spring which keeps the ironing board safely closed when stored.
